• Andhra Pradesh CM to write to Telangana CM on admissions

          Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, will write to his Telangana counterpart K. Chandrasekhar Rao, to issue orders to immediately start the admission process into engineering courses.Mr Naidu has said that lakhs of students from both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were being affected due to the delay in the Eamcet (engineering stream) counselling for admissions.

• Israeli technology to boost agriculture in Telangana

          The Telangana government is keen on harnessing new technology to make the State self-sufficient in agriculture and other allied products.In the coming years Telangana should be in a position to export agricultural produce to other States, said Minister for Agriculture and Horticulture P. Srinivas Reddy.

• K Chandrasekhar Rao says Centre disappointed Telangana

           Expressing dissatisfaction over the Union Budget vis-a-vis Telangana, Mr Rao pointed out that but for the Horticulture University, no other project was given to Telangana. “The Horticulture University sanction was also mentioned in the state Reorganisation Bill, it’s not a new thing. The Union Budget simply mentioned that the commitments of the Reorganisation Act would be fulfilled but no specific mention has been made,” the Chief Minister said.
